Chris takes you back to basics, back to the body and the vibrational inroad that is sound. His sessions offer ever playful permission to sense and explore how sound passes through the body, to clock any areas that may feel tense and bound and to hand this over to the power of sound to quite literally re-configure ones particles. I am never not astonished by the power of releasing areas of my face and the unfolding permission this provides for my whole body to come home. ‘Working with Chris James on my expression in his one to one sessions both in person and online, has probably been one of the most profoundly beautiful and life changing experiences of my entire life.
Initially as petrified as a rabbit in the headlights about singing in front of someone else, I soon realised these sessions were not about singing at all, but about connecting to my innermost heart, the divine sacred beauty within me, the innate delicacy and gracefulness of my movements and ultimately reigniting the true and stupendously powerful woman that I am. And all this, simply from connecting to my in-breath and outbreath, the vibration of my voice simply through how I speak, and allowing my body and movements to flow with absolute grace and ease.
No trying, no thinking, no expectations and no having to prove myself. Just accepting there is a divine flow of Love that pours through this body like a fountain, and that that is there for us all, when we allow ourselves to connect to that flow. It then becomes possible to accept that we are enough, just as we are.

My experienced Sessions with Chris James were extraordinary. His binding and unconditional support and consistent quality are the main ingredients to be able to feel held and empowered through great love and and deep stillness. Responsibility and 100% commitement are no longer words to me but an experienced quality offered through him. He lives this purpose in his every breath, and therefore by joining him, I was able to feel this strength within myself. Another grandness he offers is the ability to feel space, within me and all around me, which supports the body great in moving without hesitation.
Singing with him is amazing fun … but just sitting, being and deepening with him, becoming more honest, likewise sinking deeper into the body is my maker of what it’s like to feel safe in the body, in life and in my expression, unconditionally so.
Still deepening further in feeling this authority within me, my own breath and the true me, which shortly after a session with Chris felt so absolute natural, and it still does.

Sessions with Chris James are foundation-setters. They bring me back to me, connecting me deeply to my body and feeling the power of that.

You let me come back into my body, make contact with it. By naming it. Through this I let go of all images and control. And In a simple way you made me feel how loving we are. And the sounds I made with you opened my heart, and suddenly there was so much joy and because I felt myself again and was myself again, I could feel how powerful we are when we are in touch with ourselves.
All my Sessions with you let me go in my body more and more deepening. Your voice let me feel all the particles in my body. They begin to swing. I go deeper and deeper in my heart and my soul is open.
After the Sessions I go out in the world aligned to heaven.

Having one-to-one voice expression sessions with Chris has allowed me to build more confidence in my everyday life. Not only with communication and listening skills but being more open with everybody else whilst being able to take the space/time needed to express what needs to be said with confidence, to not hold back and feel intimidated by any situation that life can seemingly spring onto you with no warning.
To be truly listened too, guided and being held unconditionally so by Chris in these sessions for me is and continues to be hugely supportive. Space is offered freeing up any tension or anxiousness in my body, this takes no effort as aligning with Chris and his vibration of at-one-ment with God is truly a beholding love. This has enabled me to respond to life and be a reflection for others (humanity).
These sessions are very humbling, whilst offering me the opportunity to fully sense a reference point in my body to feel what is true or no longer serving in life. The lasting vibration of each meeting with Chris has brought light, inspiration, stillness, laughter and joy to some very ancient held in ideals and beliefs that have suffocated me into not shining in the fullness of the light and love that is truly what I bring naturally this lifetime.
Healing from the inside out best describes in its simplicity the way in which I’m able to let go of holding my physical body in a tension that is often unseen or recognised by another. Chris does not miss a thing.
Feeling so held, with no expectations after each session there is a confirmed renewed energised feeling (fired up) to be more open and expanded, inspired and deeply appreciative to live, work, yes breathe, express and walk true movements in all areas of my life. Becoming the observer of life, living as the delicate, sacred, joyful woman that I am which had long been hidden under many different disguises.
All this from sharing with this amazing gentle, sensitive man. A gift from Heaven.
