One of the main things people felt was that they did not express enough, mainly about how they felt, to their family, friends and loved ones. Expressing the way we feel is one of those things that seems like an insurmountable hurdle, one that we often put off until it literally gets buried in our bodies. But what also gets buried then is the opportunity to feel the ongoing healing affects that happen when we do start to express. All of this suppressed expression eventually re-surfaces as a disturbance in our body, such as in our throats, or even in our hearts. Expression is everything.
